CASSEROLE COVER - Bring your favorite fabric to make a cover for transporting your dish to that fun party.
MATERIAL: 1 yard quilted fabric (buy pre-quiilted or quilt your own), 8 yards double folded wide bias binding, 1 dowel 1/2" diameter or larger, and (optional) 1/2 yard silver coated ironing board cover material.
Exact dimensions of your casserole cover will depend upon what size dish you are making it for.
(Optional) Cutting ahead of time - cut 1 15 1/2" wide by 33-36" long cut 1 11 1/2" wide by 33-36" long. Reserve leftover pieces to make a matching hot pad, if desired.
